Turtle Hatchery Tours & Release Opportunities
Exciting news! GBB staff are offering small-group hatchery tours and turtle release events throughout August! Turtle Release Dates involve meeting at a drive-to location outside of Parry Sound (site provided after registration) and hiking to a release spot. Please only sign up for this activity if you're able to hike through 100 meters of forest terrain. Allow 2-3 hours for this activity, suitable for kids over the age of 4. Turtle Hatchery Tours allow people to discover the world of raising turtles for conservation.

Add your observations to the Georgian Bay Biosphere project on iNaturalist throughout August for your chance to win a prize!
