For almost 35 years, Jim Marshall has helped buyers and sellers in the Parry Sound area buy or sell their most important and valuable investment, their home or cottage. While the business looks very different now than it did back in 1985, it is still a ‘people business’, and is about relationships with the people we work with. Over time – the birth of the Web, the growth of Facebook and Google means clients can learn a lot about the real estate agent they want to work with and about the area they would like to call ‘home’.
Over the last few years, Jim has expanded the team to include two of his three sons. Ben and Cameron bring fresh new ideas to the business and with Audrey Nutter providing back-office support as she has for the past 10 years, we’re now able to provide improved service to our clients. Having a trio of realtors (and family) working together offers many advantages, especially on busy summer weekends when juggling multiple buyers, sellers and offers.
When selling waterfront properties, Jim, Ben and Cameron encourage their clients to develop best practices to minimize their ecological footprint in our fragile ecosystem.
